Itinerary

1. Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

   • At 8 am, you will be picked up from your hotel within the city center/Westland area.
   • Commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, where you will have a breathtaking view of the rift valley floor.
   • Arrive in time for lunch. In the evening, depart for a sunset game-viewing drive in the Maasai Mara National Reserve at 4:00 p.m.
   • Chances of seeing the big cats are incredibly high. Ends at 6:00 pm.
   • Return to the camp/lodge for a sumptuous buffet dinner.
   • Ending with reasonable time for resting.

2. Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara Reserve

   • Have breakfast at 6:30 am. At 7 am, leave for a full-day game viewing in the park.
   • Spend the whole day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos, and Nile crocodiles.
   • After that, go for a picnic lunch in the park under a croton tree shade overlooking the park's vast landscape.
   • It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular natural world event takes place: the great migration.
   • This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture.
   • Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures.

3. Day 3: Depart Maasai Mara to Nakuru

   • You will have an early breakfast, check out and commence your drive back to Nakuru. Arrive in Nakuru, check in rest.

4. Day 4: Nakuru to Lake Naivasha/Hell’s Gate

   • You will have an early breakfast and depart by 7 am to the park.
   • It's a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos, which are part of the Big Five.
   • There is also a possibility to see the pink flamingos.
   • The game drive lasts 3 hours, after which you will depart for Naivasha.
   • You will have lunch on the way. Upon arrival, you will go for an hour on a boat ride on Lake Naivasha for bird watching and hippo viewing.

   Later, dinner and overnight stay at Villa Grazia Hotel will be served.

5. Day 5: Naivasha to Nairobi

   • Breakfast at the resort and check out.
   • Thereafter, proceed to Hell’s Gate for biking safari with a visit to the gorges.
   • After, drive back to Nairobi with drop off at your hotel or airport.
