Description
Drive through the beautiful Ugandan countryside to the ancient rainforests of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. On the way to the mountainous southwestern region of Uganda, you will drive through terraced hillsides dotted with traditional settlements. Before lunch, expect to arrive at our picturesque accommodation on the forest's edge. Bwindi's impenetrable national park is a magnificent green swathe of dense rainforest and is one of the most biologically diverse areas on Earth. It is a habitat for nearly 350 bird species, 120 mammals and other insect species. The park is home to the endangered mountain Gorillas.
Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Uganda
- Today, you will arrive at Entebbe airport. After clearing with emigration formalities, you shall exit the airport to be received by your guide.
- You will be transported to your hotel, which is only 10 minutes from the airport. Your guide shall assist you in exchanging money or making any necessary purchases. Afterwards, he shall brief you about your safari.

Day 2: Flight to Kisoro, Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
- Early in the morning, you will be transferred to Entebbe airport, where you will take a flight to Kisoro airstrip, where your safari guide will receive you.
- You will drive through the beautiful Ugandan countryside to the ancient rainforests of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. On the way to the mountainous southwestern region of Uganda, you will drive through terraced hillsides dotted with traditional settlements.
- Before lunch, expect to arrive at our picturesque accommodation on the forest's edge.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
- Begin your gorilla trek early this morning after a briefing from your ranger guides. The search for these majestic animals goes through thick, untamed rainforests, with rangers following the trails of a specific Gorilla family. Once found, you will have 1 hour to watch, photograph and observe the Gorillas before returning to the park headquarters. Watching gorillas in their natural habitat is a memory that will last a lifetime. The experienced ranger guides will willingly share a lot of information about the history and lifestyle of the Gorillas.
- After an hour with the gorillas, we will return to the lodge and relax. In the evening, you may opt to do a community tour.

Day 4: Flight to Entebbe and Departure
- After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kisoro airstrip to catch your flight back to Entebbe Airport. In Entebbe, you will check in for your departure flight home.
