Itinerary

1. Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

   At 8 o’clock you will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the great rift valley view point where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley where you will get to view the volcano mountains which are semi- active like Mt Longonot, Suswa and Margret for 10mins.Thereafter embark your journey. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. Check in and have lunch. Later at 4.00pm commence on a 2hour evening game drive to look for the nocturnal hunters coming out from their day slumber to start their hunts alongside you will see zebras, antelopes among other wildlife. Capture the evening Sunset especially if the clouds are clear at 6pm. Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with good time for resting at the lodge.

2. Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara Reserve

   Have breakfast at 6:30 am and at 7 am, leave for a full day game viewing in the park. On this day, spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the big five, hippos and Nile crocodile. Thereafter, go for picnic lunch in park under a croton tree shade overlooking the vast landscape of the park.

   It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.

3. Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru

   • After an early morning breakfast, check out and proceed to Lake Nakuru, arriving in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge. 
   • After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park, where you expect to see the endangered species of white rhino, Rothschild giraffe, and flamingoes, which, if not many, can also be seen in large volumes at Amboseli National Park, the next day. 
   • Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

4. Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park

   • Early morning breakfast at 6am, check out and drive to Amboseli National Park using the trans-African highway. You will have a few stopovers for bathroom breaks since it’s an 8-hour car ride, and later, Check in at AA Lodge Amboseli to have lunch and a short rest. 
   • In the Afternoon, we go on game drives at 3.30 pm in search of its famous residents, the elephants. If lucky, we also get to see predators and their opponents, like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, and Hippo, with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.
   • Dinner and overnight at AA Lodge Amboseli.

5. Amboseli National Park Full day

   • After breakfast at the camp, spend the Full day in the park with a packed lunch in search of its popular residents, such as the well-known predators and their opponents, the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, and Hippo, with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.
   • Later, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
   • Dinner and overnight at AA Lodge Amboseli.

6. Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park

   • Breakfast at the camp at 6.30 am. Then, depart and drive to Tsavo West National with a game drive en route, arriving in time for lunch at Kilaguni Serena Lodge. After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park.
   • Tsavo West through the Shetani Lava flows with a brief stopover to marvel at the lava cones and the barren land. Proceed to enter Tsavo West through the Chyulu gate and drive to the Mzima Springs to see the hippo sanctuary, hoping to see the endangered black rhino among other animals.
   • Dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Serena Lodge

7. Tsavo West to Diani

   • Early morning breakfast at 6 am with a checkout and a game drive en route out of the park and commence your journey to Diani with lunch on the way. Arrive at Diani in the late afternoon.
   • Dinner and overnight at Neptune Village Beach Resort and Spa on an all-inclusive meal plan ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, selected alcoholic drinks and wine)

8. Full day Diani beach

   • Spend the full day relaxing at the resort or the beach or swimming pool.
   • Dinner and overnight at Neptune Village Beach Resort and Spa on an all-inclusive meal plan ( breakfast, lunch, dinner, selected alcoholic drinks, wine).

9. Full day relaxing at Diani Beach

   • Spend the full day relaxing at the resort or at the beach or swimming pool.
   • Dinner and overnight at Neptune Village Beach Resort and Spa on an all-inclusive meal plan ( breakfast, lunch, dinner, selected alcoholic drinks, wine).

10. Diani to Nairobi

    • Eat breakfast at the resort and thereafter transfer to the airport for your flight back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon.
