Itinerary

1. Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

   • Pick up at the hotel/airport and depart for Samburu National Reserve.
   • Travel north of the Equator to Samburu National Reserve, arriving on time for lunch and rest at Ashnil Samburu Camp.
   • In the afternoon, go on an evening game drive on the outskirts of Kenya’s semi-desert areas, where you may see some of the region’s animals and plants, such as the Grevy’s Zebra, the Reticulated Giraffe, and the Somali Ostrich.

   Dinner and accommodation at the Lodge/Camp

2. Day 2: Samburu National Reserve

   • After breakfast, depart on a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. The tranquil ambience and true wilderness experience set it apart from Kenya’s more well-known wildlife reserves. There is plenty of wildlife, and bird viewing is incredibly excellent. The reserve is rather hot and semi-arid, making game-watching simple.

   Dinner and accommodation at the Lodge/Camp.

3. Day 3: Samburu National Reserve to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

   • After breakfast, drive to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, arrive at Sweetwater Serena Camp time for lunch, and relax with the beautiful scenery at your backdrop.
   • In the afternoon, go on an evening game drive that includes a stop at the Chimpanzee Protection, a delightful haven built by the Jane Goodall Institute to offer sanctuary for orphaned chimps, and the carefully protected and guarded black rhino habitat, which has forty gorgeous individuals.

   Dinner and accommodation at the Lodge/Camp.

4. Day 4: Ol Pejeta Conservancy

   • After breakfast, go off on a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. The conservancy is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including the big five (elephant, rhino, lion, leopard, and buffalo) and smaller species. Sweet Waters has the highest game ratio to any Kenyan park or reserve acreage, making for outstanding game-watching.
   • Furthermore, the lodge has its own private watering hole and salt lick, ensuring exceptional intimate interactions.

   Dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge/camp.

5. Day 5: Ol Pejeta Conservancy to Nairobi

   • Explore the conservatory one last time, hoping to glimpse the wildlife you might have missed.
   • Return to the camp for a sumptuous breakfast after an early morning game drive.
   • After that, depart for Nairobi, arriving plenty of time to be dropped off at the hotel/airport.
