Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrive JKIA and transfer to your hotel for overnight

   • On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our office representative and driver guide. After the safari briefing, you will be transferred to a city hotel for an overnight.

   Accommodation: Sarova Panafric Hotel
   Meals & drinks: Bed &Breakfast

2. Day 2: Out of Africa Nairobi City Excursion

   • After breakfast, embark on your Nairobi excursion to Giraffe Center at 0900hrs.
   • At 1100hrs, proceed to David Sheldrick's Orphaned Elephants for the public show.
   • At 0200hrs, Karen Blixen Museum. Optional shopping at Kazuri Beads Factory near Karen Blixen Museum.
   • Lunch on my own at a Nairobi restaurant.

   Overnight: Sarova Panafric Hotel.
   Meals & drinks: Bed & Breakfast

3. Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park

   • Depart after breakfast and drive to Lake Nakuru, arriving on time for lunch.
   • Check-in at the hotel in mid-morning at leisure to enjoy the lodge facilities.
   • At 16:00hrs, embark on the afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park till sunset. Lake Nakuru is a bird paradise with hundreds of thousands of pink flamingos and pelicans, Leopards, Rhinos (White and Black) Buffalo, Lions, and the rare bush-buck are also present at the park.

4. Day 4: Lake Bogoria and Lake Naivasha Excursions

   • After an early morning breakfast, drive to Bogoria, where you can see hundreds of Flamingoes, the volcanic hot water geysers and springs. On this day, we will bring packed lunches with us.
   • At approximately 12:00hrs, depart for Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge for check-in.
   • After that, we will head out for the scenic boat ride in this freshwater body mass and cap it with a relaxing walk with the Giraffes, Gazelles, Buffaloes and other plains game at the magnificent Crescent Island.

   Dinner and overnight at Sopa Lodge Naivasha(HB).

5. Day 5: Depart for Masai Mara by Road

   • After breakfast, depart by road for the world-famous Masai Mara game reserve.
   • On arrival, check in at your lodge and then proceed to lunch.
   • After lunch, afternoon game drive for the chance to see the Big Five for a chance including the Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, and the elusive Leopard.

   Dinner and overnight at Sekenani Tented Camp (FB).

6. Day 6: Full-day Masai Mara Game Drive

   • You will have a full day in the Mara with an option of doing an early morning game drive before breakfast and an afternoon game drive or depart for a full day game viewing with a picnic lunch that will take you to the Mara River to see the hippos and the crocodiles.
   • You can also take a balloon safari and a champagne breakfast in the bush (extra cost). An optional visit to a Masai homestead will reveal their outstanding culture and customs.

   All meals and overnight at Sekenani Tented Camp (FB).

7. Day 7: Departure

   • Have an early breakfast and then depart for Nairobi with a drop-off at your residence/hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight home.
