Itinerary

1. Day 1: Nairobi to Exploring Amboseli National Park

   • You will be picked up at your Nairobi hotel or at the airport, and your safari starts!
   • Travelling on the Mombasa highway, you make your way to Amboseli National Park.
   • Upon arrival, you will check in at the camp, enjoy a sumptuous lunch at your lodge and have some time to relax.
   • You will embark on your first game drive at the park in the afternoon to explore Amboseli's diverse wildlife, with Mount Kilimanjaro providing a breathtaking backdrop.
   • There are optional activities such as cultural visits, bird watching, and nature walks at an extra cost.
   • You will also have the chance to climb Observation Hill to get panoramic views of the park. It's an excellent spot for both sunrise and sunset, providing different perspectives of Amboseli's landscape.
   • After sunset, you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

2. Day 2: Journey to Lake Nakuru National Park

   • Begin your day with an early morning game drive at Amboseli to witness the sunrise and capture stunning photos.
   • Return to the lodge for a delicious breakfast, freshen up, take your breakfast, and depart to Lake Nakuru National Park.
   • Arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park, check in, and have lunch.
   • After relaxation, you will explore Lake Nakuru on an afternoon game drive, focusing on the park's famous rhinos and pink flamingos.
   • Then, later, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.

3. Day 3: Adventure to Maasai Mara National Reserve

   • Enjoy an early final game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park to bid farewell to its wildlife, then return to the lodge for breakfast.
   • After breakfast, leave for Maasai Mara, one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. You will have a stop-over for lunch along the way.
   • Arrive at Maasai Mara late in the afternoon, where you'll be greeted by sweeping views of the savannah.
   • If there is enough time, you will embark on your first game drive in Maasai Mara to spot the Big Five and other wildlife in the late evening.

   Dinner and overnight stay will be at your lodge.

4. Day 4: Explore Maasai Mara National Reserve

   • The day offers a full day to immerse yourself in the wonders of Maasai Mara as you begin your day with an early morning game drive, aiming to capture the golden light of sunrise and perhaps witness predators on the hunt.
   • Return to your lodge or camp for breakfast.
   • Later, you may consider an optional visit to the Maasai village to learn about their culture and traditions at an extra cost.
   • Your lunch will be at the camp, followed by a leisurely afternoon.
   • Head out on an afternoon game drive to explore different parts of the Maasai Mara. At an extra cost, you can also go for a hot-air balloon experience.
   • As the sun sets, enjoy your last evening in the reserve and return to your camp for a farewell dinner, reminiscing about the remarkable wildlife encounters you've had during your safari.

5. Day 5: Maasai Mara to Nairobi

   • Start your last day in Maasai Mara with a morning game drive to say goodbye to the reserve and its inhabitants, then return to your accommodation for breakfast and check out.
   • Depart from Maasai Mara and begin your journey back to Nairobi with lunch en route.
   • In Nairobi, you will be dropped off at the airport for your onward journey.
   • The tour can be extended or customized, and extra accommodation can be arranged at an extra cost.
