Itinerary

1. Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve

   For the group, we will pick you up from a central place where our office is located in Nairobi CBD at 8:00 am.  After the briefing, you will be driven southwest along the floor of the Rift Valley. A short stop-over will be made at the Rift Valley viewpoint for photography and a look at the landscape. Another stopover is at Narok town for shopping. We will proceed later to the Maasai Mara game reserve, check in at Keekorok Lodge, and have lunch. Later on, we'll have an evening game drive. In the park if lucky, you will have the opportunity to spot the big five among others with the guidance of our guide then return to the lodge late in time for dinner.

2. Day 2: Exploring Masai Mara Game Reserve

   After breakfast, a full day of game viewing with a picnic lunch. Exploration of this part of the Northern Serengeti ecosystem that is famous for wildebeest migration between July and September. The Masai Mara plains are literary covered with these animals. Grunts and other sounds of animals are heard, and territorial fights are commonplace. 

   The afternoon is spent on a game drive in search of the Black manned Lion, which is the park’s famous predator. The other predators are the Big Five, such as Lion, Cheetah, and Leopard, among others and the small predators, like the Hyena and Jackal. The large herbivores are the Elephant, Rhino, and Burchell’s zebra; the smaller is the Antelope and the Bucks. The Masai Ostrich, the world’s largest bird, is found at the park at an extra cost (optional). A hot air balloon takes off in the beautiful early morning, and you drift above the browsing game and have a tremendous opportunity for unusual photography. Drive leisurely fashion with game viewing on your way back to your lodge.

3. Day 3: Masai Mara – Nairobi

   After breakfast, check out for a morning game drive in Masai Mara and later depart for Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. Drive to drop you at the place of your choice.
