I am a true Parisian of 60 years old.I have been in Japan for 16 years, having traveled all over the world.
I lived on the island of Saint-Martin in the French Antilles, in Miami, and also in Caracas.I traveled extensively on the African continent, in Indonesia, and of course in almost all of Europe.
Throughout my life, I have worked on sailboats, been an illustrator, a teacher, and a chef.I am self-taught and an entrepreneur.
I returned to France and worked for 15 years in the high-end leather fashion industry, in the shadow of the great French designers.I bounced back into real estate in Paris for 10 years, before finding myself in Tokyo.I finally decided to settle there, motivated by the desire to see my children grow up and share every precious moment with them.
Now that they have gained autonomy, I opened a French bistro next to my house, but I had to close it due to Covid-19.Two years have passed and I have burned through my savings.
I seized the opportunity to bounce back and embark on the career of a self-employed tourist guide.And from one thing to another, I have come to you.

Marc was the most fabulous guide.He is so knowledgeable about all the different neighborhoods in Tokyo and is very open to hearing your ideas and working with your interests so you can get the most from the experience.Our tour was just me and my 11-year old daughter.Marc made it so much fun! It was actually her birthday and we took her for a special lunch along the way and found some great little shops and lookout points around the City.Marc was even kind enough to meet up with us and his own daughter later in our trip and our kids had so much fun hanging out.We got to visit more authentic places and parts of the City off the beaten track for us.This tour and the time we spent with Marc and his daughter afterwards were the absolute highlight of our trip.I so highly recommend!! I just hope you can walk fast, haha!

This really is an insider’s view on Tokyo! We had a wonderful time with Marc yesterday.He helped us orientate ourselves around Tokyo in relation to where we were staying and helped us understand the train system.We went to the fish markets, Ginza and walked the streets of a number of shopping areas which was great! We also had the best dumplings I have ever had for lunch in a place we would never have found on our own!

We booked a tour with Mark and we are lucky we did.Mark is very knowledgeable and experienced as a guide.Only thing we regret is that we picked only 3 hours tour.It took me couple weeks reviewing taken pictures to realize how many places we visited and how much we learned in those 3h.Thanks, Mark.On another note, on that day my steps count exceeded the one I had on a hike in Grand Canion.Wow!

My wife and I visited Tokyo on a one day stop from our cruise ship.when we booked the trip, we were sent a questionnaire asking what we wanted to see.Since we were unfamiliar with Tokyo, we left the itinerary up to the guide.We met Marc at a train station not far from where our ship was docked.We walked the streets of Tokyo, toured the Meiji Jingu Temple, visited an outdoor food market are where we sampled and purchased several delicious items.Later we visited the Ginza shopping district.Marc was a great guide, he was able to provide good insight on living and working in Tokyo.He was able to answer any questions we asked.Definitly would recommend.
