In 2009 I started my career as a tour guide for a special project named „Città Aperte”, which means "Open Cities", in Trani, my town.Although I already had other jobs, which were more lucrative than that, it was love at first sight: I suddenly realized that showing my region and talking about it would be my main activity. After working a few years as a guide for local museums, I accepted a job offer as a fjord guide in Norway (from 2013 to 2019) and I started at the same time working as a freelance in Puglia, guiding in the whole region.I'm licensed to guide in fine languages: - Italian, my mother tongue; - German, one of the two languages I studied at university, mostly in Bari (Italy) but also in Heidelberg (Germany);
- Modern Greek, the other university language, which I could improve with two scholarships, in Chios and Thessaloniki; - English, language I've been speaking since I was a kid, thanks to international TV channels, music and movies, passing the exams for tour guides in Puglia in 2018; - French, language I studied at school when I was 10-13 y.o.and then I almost totally forgot, regaining complete fluency working with French speaking groups, which are a large part of my customers.
