Hi! My name is Maria Lucrezia and I was born in Wales by Italian parents and when I was 7 we moved to Lucca, my Father's birthplace.I grew up in the city centre and went to Art School, then I decided to move to the U.K.and got a degree in History of art and of Architecture.When I came back to Lucca (I started to get home-sick!) I wanted to use both my skills and my passion and what better way than becoming a Tour Guide?! In 2007 I took the exam for Tour Guiding in Pisa and then in 2008 I did the same for Lucca.I love my job, as it is a lot of fun meeting people from all over the world and having the possibility of making their stay extra special and memorable!
