Pietra Camela & Prati dei Tivo Tour
Begin the journey by visiting Pietra Camela, which is 1005 meters above sea level with its clear housing built under a rock (hence the name), at the foot of the Corno Piccolo. It is of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and it's exciting to get lost in its intricate alleys uphill, which in part is still uninhabitable after the earthquake of 2009.
Visit the Museum of the nations and ancient crafts, set up in the Town Hall, containing images, objects, and tools of the daily life of the peasants.
Continue until the culmination of the country, and follow a marked trail that leads up to Piazzale dei Prati di Tivo. Stay here for an hour.
Arrive at the square of Prati di Tivo, one of the most famous mountain resorts in the province of Teramo, and admire the northern wall of the highest peak of the Apennines, Corno Grande, with its characteristic dolomite.
Partake in a picnic with local products.
