I am a historian and environmental scientist and teach these subjects in college in Iceland.I am licensed driver-guide and have been working as a guide since 1995.I finished a three year study in England in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy in 2016, and yoga instructor training, as I´m all into health and nature :-) Then I started studying the ancient health system of India, ayurveda.and finished ayurveda practitioner study in 2023. Soy historiadora y especialista en medioambiente y doy clases en esas dos asignaturas en un instituto en Reykjavik.Soy licenciada para guiar y conducir con turistas y trabajo como guia-conductora en veranos en Islandia.Hace poco me gradué de Terapista nutritional - o sea médico naturista, como me siempre ha gustado tanto la salut y la naturaleza :-).Tambien soy instructora de yoga y especialista en ayurveda, la sciencia holistica de India.
