Day 01

Tehran to Ahvaz and Shushtar Heritage Tour

Drive to Mehrabad Airport to board a flight to Ahvaz. The flight duration is about 50 minutes, and breakfast will be provided on the flight.
Proceed to Shushtar. The drive takes approximately 2 hours.
Visit the Shushtar Historical Hydraulic System, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Explore Mizan Dam.
Witness the historical house of Ghanad-ha and the traditional museum. Enjoy lunch at Mostofi restaurant.
Ride a boat on the Karun River to visit an island. Enjoy dinner at a restaurant beside the river.

Day 02

Shush Archaeology and Dezful Exploration

Proceed to Chogha Zanbil, an ancient Elamite complex and one of the few surviving ziggurats outside of Mesopotamia.

Enjoy lunch in a traditional restaurant and rest afterwards.
Continue with visits to museums.
Drive to Dezful.
Explore the area and have dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 03
