Itinerary

1. Day 1- Tehran - Shiraz

   • After arrival at Tehran, connect with your tour representative and do an early check in to Tehran hotel for rest.

   • Visit Tehran Golestan Palace, Iran National Museum for astonishing historical objects since the 5th millennium B.C to the 7 century A.D.

   • After lunch, take a photo stop at Azadi Tower (Tower of Freedom) with your Iranian tour guide.

   • Travel to Mehrabad Domestic airport to fly to Shiraz.

   • Upon arrival at Shiraz, transfer to your hotel to stay and rest. If time permits, you can do some walking around Qur’an Gate. 

2. Day 2- Shiraz

   • Today will be a full-day tour of Shiraz. See the Pink Mosque, Eram Garden, Karim Khan Citadel (a residential – military palace of 18 century), Valik Bazaar and Saraye Moshir, where the daily life of the people of Shiraz can be seen.

   • After lunch, visit the tomb of Hafiz- one of our most outstanding world-famous poets. 

   Overnight stay at Shiraz. 

3. Day 3- Shiraz - Yazd

   • After breakfast, drive to Yazd, the city in the heart of the desert.

   • On the way to Yazd, visit two World Heritage Sites: Persepolis, the fabulous art of ancient Persia, and Pasargadae, the first Capital of the Persian Empire and the tomb of Cyrus the Great. You will also see Naghshe-e Rostam (Necropolis), the rock tomb of four Achaemenian Kings and Sassanid reliefs.

   • Arrive in Yazd and transfer to your hotel.

   • Go for a short walk around Amir Chaqmaq square and the old streets of Yazd. 

4. Day 4- Yazd

   • Enjoy a full-day excursion in Yazd, which includes a visit to the Fire temple of Zoroastrians and the Tower of Silence.

   • Walk around the old area of the city and go to Yazd Jameh mosque and Fahadan district to feel Iran's desert architecture and culture.

   • Visit Zoor Khaneh, a sports place with thousand years of history.

   Overnight stay at Yazd. 

5. Day 5- Yazd - Isfahan

   • Explore the Dowlat Abad Garden and wind tower - the highest wind tower in the world (UNESCO world heritage site).

   • Drive to Isfahan.

   • On the way to Isfahan, visit the city of Meybod to see a Caravansary inn, the Pigeon Tower, and a  Mud-brick ice house.

   • Head to the city of Nain in Isfahan province to see the old Jame Mosque.

   • Arrive at Isfahan and go for an evening walk around the Si-o-se-pol bridge over the Zayandeh Rood River.

   Overnight stay at Isfahan. 

6. Day 6- Isfahan

   • Enjoy full-day sightseeing in Isfahan, which includes a visit to the Khaju and Shahrestan bridges,  Chehel Sotun- the reception palace of the Safavid Dynasty, Naghshe-e Jahan (Imam) Square, the Ali’Qapu palace of Safavid Kings, Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque,  Abbasi Jame mosque and a bazaar area.

   Overnight stay at Isfahan. 

7. Day 7- Isfahan - Tehran

   • Drive to Tehran.

   • Take a halt at Kashan to visit traditional houses.

   • Afterwards, proceed to the airport for your return flight.
