Drive to visit the Matin Abad desert eco-resort, located about 332 km from Tehran.
Arrive here at night, then have dinner and enjoy stargazing in the desert area under the guidance of experts and with a telescope.

Enjoy treks either on camels or on foot, bike rides on the sand dunes and mountain gorges, desert walks, or short safari trips with Jeeps or ATV bikes. The options are plenty, as this eco-resort is located in the heart of an Iranian desert and faces the highest central mountains of Iran - the Karkas Mountains - on one side, with the Dasht-e Kvir Desert and a salt lake on the other.
