Itinerary

1. Day 1: North Kashi walk

   • Walkthrough the narrow streets of the city of lights and head to the cosmic center of Kashi.

   • Your next stop will be at Lord Vishwanath Temple, known as the Golden Temple, believed to hold the first of the twelve Jyotirlinga (Sacred Light of Life) of the universe.

   • Walk to Manikarnika Ghat, the place where you can understand the philosophy of Varanasi, learn the meaning of life and death and an insight into the celebration of death in Kashi.

   • At the end of the walk, you will visit the magnificent old Lord Shiva temples unknown to tourists.

2. Day 2: South Kashi walk

   • Visit a sacred well, believed to have got the powers to treat infertility.

   • Continue through the courtyards of Muslim silk weavers, who have been hand-weaving, the beautiful and intricately designed silk saris/scarves in their ancestral houses for centuries.

   • Proceed to the Bengali Tola, a suburb of the Bengali community.

   • End the walk at the spiritual bathing site, Dassaswamedh Ghat.

3. Day 3: Subah-e-Banaras and Departure

   • Wake up early in the morning to go boating in Subah-e-Banaras, considered the best way to experience the magical sunrise and sail in the holy Ganga River. Start from the Southernmost Ghat and end near the northern side of the river. 

   • Walkthrough the alleys of North Kashi to understand the ancient lifestyle of the natives.

   • In the afternoon, check out the hotel and transfer to Varanasi Airport/station. End of the tour.
