Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Munnar

   • Upon arrival at Cochin International Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station, you will be greeted by the tour representative.
   • Begin your scenic 4-5 hour drive through the lush green valleys and tea plantations to Munnar, one of Kerala's most beautiful hill stations.
   • Check into your hotel or resort in Munnar.
   • Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the hill station.
   • In the evening, stroll around Munnar town, exploring its local markets and experiencing the cool mountain air.
   • Overnight stay at Munnar.

2. Day 2: Munnar Sightseeing

   • After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar and visit the following destinations:
     • Eravikulam National Park: Home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, this park offers beautiful trekking paths and scenic views of the Western Ghats.
     • Mattupetty Dam: Known for its serene ambience, you can enjoy boating while admiring the surrounding hills and forests.
     • Echo Point: A picturesque spot where the natural echo phenomenon can be experienced.
     • Kundala Lake: This charming lake offers pedal and row boating activities amid a pristine backdrop of forests and hills.
     • Tea Museum: This museum will introduce you to Munnar's rich history of tea cultivation. You will learn about the tea-making process and enjoy a tasting session.
   • Spend the evening at Blossom Hydel Park, a beautiful garden offering walking trails, bird watching, and peaceful spots to unwind.
   • Overnight stay at Munnar.

3. Day 3: Departure from Munnar

   • After breakfast, visit the local tea plantations for a morning walk or take a short trek to enjoy the serene beauty of Munnar's landscape.
   • Check out from the hotel and proceed for your onward journey to Cochin.
   • En route, you can visit the Valara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls.
   • Drop off at Cochin International Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station for your return journey.
