The meaning of Namaste is "we respect and bow to the soul enshrined in your body".My name is Monika a licensed, National English-speaking guide, my objective is to provide the most worthwhile and enriching tour experience for local and foreign tourists alike and to make a significant contribution to India's tourism industry.I work as a tour guide, appointed by the Ministry of Tourism & culture, Government of India.As I have license you do not need to pay for my tickets and I go with you inside the monuments to explain you details, history and architecture,  I can also guide you in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and other cities. I  was born and brought up in Agra (city of Taj Mahal)  and I am mastered in Medieval History of India (Post Graduate) which has educated me and enhanced my knowledge to compliment my job as a tour guide as it helps me to explain different aspects of History, architecture, religion, secularism, colors, languages, dresses, culture and traditions.I have an instinct that I specialize in taking around my city Agra and various Heritage monuments, I have consistently given services to the various renowned travel companies as well as a freelancer to very well personalities the list is long to name them, but proudly if I name them it starts with Mr.Hinduja CEO of gulf Oil and his business partners Mr.& Mrs Paul, royal family of Saudi Arabia, book writer Mam Rose (Flora's Empire), Mr.Gary Philip Nelson Attorney at Law in Singapore, Nan Legeai retired CEO Celine Dorota Salomon Architectural engineer and ventriloquist David Pendleton.Iam an explorer, who loves to explore various new places either historical or newly developed.I can also guide you in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and other cities too.I share my traveling experience and knowledge with my guests, so that they can try to understand India in a better way. My hobbies are reading books and interaction with people, I always had a dream to do a job, where I could meet happy people, this job truly does justice with my dream job.I believe habit is the powerful key to achieve your goals, Master your habits to get success.Thank you for your valuable time to read my profile.Explorers, who are planning to visit India, hope I will get a chance to show you around my multicultural country! Where to begin? From the moment I met Monika, even before in pre departure communication, I knew I was in great hands. Monika is not only a lovely person, but she is knowledgeable and passionate about helping her clients experience the best. During my time with her, I was always taken care of. Monika also knows a lot of the local community so she helped us navigate quickly and efficiently. She also knows all the best photo spots and took some great pictures for me! I traveled as a solo female, I felt so supported and safe the entire time and gained a new friend in Monika at the same time. I highly recommend, you cannot put a price on the quality of her tours and I hope to travel with her again in the future!

We hired Monika for two full days to see Taj, Fatehpur and Agra fort. She was an amazing tour guide! She is so knowledgeable, energetic and engaging! We will definitely book our next tour with her when we return to India. Her explanation of Mughal and Taj's history was exceptionally detailed but understandable. But more importantly she has passion for her profession and for indian history.We were 8 family members and we all loved her.

We had a fantastic and truly memorable two days in Agra with Monika. Monika is a brilliant guide. Her English is excellent but more importantly she is a lovely lady being friendly, funny and knowledgeable. She gave us just the right amount of information without overlaoding us with names and dates like other guides in India tended to do. She also picked up  on our interest  in current lives of  locals and happilly talked to us about current customs. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Monika to you.

We booked Monika for an evening and morning tour of Agra to see the Taj Mahal. Our choice was based on reviews. We were not disappointed and would highly recommend her to others.Monika's communication was prompt and timely as was her advice on planning and what to do to get the most out of the visit.Her history and knowledge is outstanding, we had good conversations.
