Trip to Dublin Cliffs
- Leave Dublin and travel west, taking in the countryside along the way.
- Drive through the Burren National Park, famous for its rocky landscapes, unusual wildflowers, and archaeological sites, including megalithic tombs.
- Once through the Burren, we will navigate the narrow winding roads leading up to the most popular tourist destinations in Ireland, with over 1 million visitors per year. The cliffs reach a height of 214m, and from there, you can see the Aram islands.
- With a trek across the clifftop, the whipping wind against your face and the greatness of the sea spray from below fill the air with freshness. There are lots of different varieties of birds, including the most popular puffins can be seen.
- When we finish the cliffs, we will drive back to Dublin, stopping off at Doolin , the quaint little village in Co Clare where you can enjoy some lunch looking out over the Atlantic ocean.
