Bali Highlights Tour
- The guide will pick you up from your hotel and will take you on a ride to Batik Traditional Craft, a bustling art village, where you may meet the people who keep the region's handicraft methods alive.
- Celuk village is the next stop, which is known for creating high-quality gold and silver handicrafts. The village of Gianyar Regency is known for its uniqueness and excellence in gold and silver artisan manufacture. Almost all of the families and villagers are Balinese, with professional, competent, and artistic souls who generate unique designs and a variety of gold and silver products. This crafting community has a long history of creating gold and silver that is sold locally, nationally, and internationally. This town produces a wide range of jewellery, including rings, necklaces, earrings, hairpins, brooches, and other items as souvenirs or export goods.
- Next, head to the Batuan Temple, a prominent landmark in Batuan, which is noted for its traditional Balinese arts and paintings. With its exquisite carvings, colourful embellishments, and shrines, it is incredibly extravagant. It has a primary courtyard, a secondary courtyard, and the main courtyard, which is typical of Balinese architecture. Within its 0.65-hectare compound, the temple has a vast complex of shrines. Its primary attractions include well-preserved sandstone bas themes and traditional Balinese temple construction. The temple of Batuan, like many other temples in Bali, has three main temple areas: the outside area (Nista Mandala), the center area (Madya Mandala), and the main temple area (Utama Mandala).
- Continue your journey to Batuan art painting, one of the numerous artist villages surrounding Ubud. Batuan art painting is one of the greatest sites on the island to find high-quality Balinese paintings, which are widely regarded as some of the best in the world. Encounter a unique style of painting that combines humanism and nature. Popular products include Balinese traditional activities and sculptures based on Buddhist and Hindu daily activities.
- After that, you will be taken to Tirta Empul Temple, which is located in Manukaya, Tampaksiring. The location serves as the mythical setting for a classic narrative of good vs. evil. It is also a site of national cultural significance. The building, which dates from around 960 AD, also serves as a silent witness to the old Balinese kingdom era, particularly during the Warmadewa Dynasty. This temple contains spring water that is used as holy water in Hindu religious ceremonies.
- Then, drive to the highlands of the Kintamani volcano, which is a name for a region perched on a hill with a wonderful vista surrounding it. From Kintamani, we can enjoy a breathtaking vista of Mount Batur's active volcano and the valley's large Lake Batur. It is located on a plateau and is surrounded by cool weather. We will be able to see the rural area near the lake from Kintamani when we stand up. This location is well-known, and many tourists visit it on a daily basis. Relax in the cool mountain breeze before enjoying a delicious buffet lunch at a charming restaurant with a view of the volcano and its crater lake.
- Now, join a walking tour of the local coffee estate in the village of Temen. Learn about the applications and medical advantages of the herbs as you stroll past fragrant coffee, vanilla, fruits, spices, and clove plantations. Take a glimpse behind the scenes of the roasting process, particularly for Coffee Luwak, which is mostly produced in the Indonesian Archipelago. This coffee is prepared from coffee berries that have been consumed by the Asian Palm Civet (Paradoxurus Hermaphroditus) and other related civets, then passed through their digestive tract.
- Later, proceed to Tegenungan Waterfall, one of Bali's most well-known waterfalls, located south of Ubud. You can take photos or even swim in the pristine, freshwater pool that is regularly replenished by the roaring waterfall. This is a wonderful haven for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bali's metropolitan streets and urban hubs. Its furious rivers cascade down black stone cliffs into a tranquil pool ideal for swimming, bathing, and relaxing. After changing, take in the vista and a swim in the cold water before returning to your accommodation.
