Description
Go on a 2-day tour and browse across the large cluster of volcanic mountains in Ambang, near Kotamobagu and Manado in the north Sulawesi province of Indonesia. Witness the panoramic view of the whole valley from the peak of the volcano and the rural life of the surrounding villages.
Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive at Kotamobagu City
12.00 - 13.00 pm: Pick up at the hotel/airport, and drive directly to Kotamobagu City. The journey will take approximately 3 hours.
15.00 - 16.00 pm: Check-in at the hotel, free time to visit some tourist spots near Kotamobagu City.
Stay overnight.

Day 2 : Drive to Ambang volcano
07.00 am: After breakfast, check out and drive directly to Ambang Volcano.
08.00 am: Start climbing from Bongkudai Baru Village, the journey will take approximately 45 minutes - 1.5 hours (dependS on your fitness). From the village, the trail leads up through open plantations and farmland with a wonderful view of Moat Lake and Minahasa land in the distance.
09.00 am Arrive at the basecamp, a spectacular view of solfatara fields, fumaroles, and white steaming gas coming out from the crater.
10.00 - 11.00 am: Return to Bongkudai Baru Village and drive directly to Manado City.
