Day 1: Tata Castle
Depart early from Budapest.
Make the first stop at Tata Castle. Its prosperity can be dated to the reign of Zsigmond Luxemburg and Mátyás Hunyadi when it served as a summer resort to the king. The walls of the castle reflect the romantic style of the Eszterházy family that used to live here. The building on the shore of the Old Lake is a beautiful sight even today.
Visit Pannonhalma Archabbey for a guided tour of the oldest Hungarian building in existence. Rare documents and records from the earliest centuries of the Hungarian State are preserved in the archives here. The library consists of over 300,000 volumes.
Continue to the beautiful Baroque and neoclassic town of Gyor.
Enjoy a walking tour of the city center.

Day 2: Visit the Hunagarian Versailles
After breakfast, head to Fertőd - the Hungarian Versailles, and visit the Eszterhazy Castle.
Travel to the historic Baroque town of Sopron, the second richest Hungarian town in historical monuments.
Continue to Kőszeg and take a walk around Jurisics Square.
Visit the 14th-century St. James Church, Ambrozy House and Jurisics Castle.
A short visit to the impressive castle of Sümeg.
Experience wine tasting from a collection of the best wines, followed by dinner.
Overnight stay in Sümeg.

Day 3: Lake Balaton- Tihany Peninsula
Travel along the northern shore of Lake Balaton to the Tihany Peninsula after breakfast.
Visit Abbey Church, founded in 1055 AD.
Go to Veszprém and see the Castle District, Gizella Chapel, and the cathedral.
