A culinary tour is the perfect way to spend an evening – whether you've been here for years, have guests in town or are just visiting Hong Kong.
A local foodie will take you on a 5-course culinary journey through the streets of Kowloon so you know where to go, what to order and – if necessary – how to use those chopsticks…
We have handpicked five different destinations, each with a robust reputation for a particular dish! A typical evening starts with a selection of dim sum and a fresh shredded sesame chicken crudité to fuel your appetite, followed by handmade egg noodles for starters and oyster pancakes & clay pot rice for mains, all washed down with fresh local beer or jasmine tea.
Last stop gives you the option to try some traditional sweet treats like red bean soup and sesame dumplings or explore an amazing selection of fusion deserts like a ginger soufflé, a soup of sweet almonds and fluffy egg white or chilled mango coconut cream with pomelo.
Our guides are well trained local foodies and happy to share their knowledge about Hong Kong’s culinary culture with you.
