I was born in Guatemala but I grew up in Belize.I now have 19 years of living in Flores, Guatemala where I worked and represented a Belize airline for 13 years.  I have been a Certified Local Guide for the Peten region of Guatemala since 2010 and in 2018 I got certified as a General Guide in Belize.  I have been working in the tourism sector since 2002 and from 2016 to now I´ve been a Freelance Tour Leader for companies like Intrepid Travel and Via Venture.  I lead groups through Central America, specifically on 8, 13 and 17 days tours from Playa del Carmen, Mexico to San Jose, Costa Rica.  The main destinations I work are Belize and Guatemala since I´m an archaeology guide with a passion for the Maya Writing.
