Itinerary

1. Day 1: Athens to Lagkadia in Arkadia

   • Stop at Agia Fotini Mantineias Church, Mantineia and see different styles of architecture. Relax and admire the Ancient Mantinia nearby. (Duration: 30 minutes)
   • Reach a majestic cave system - Kapsia Cave, Tripolis Pirgou, Kapsas, with lovely stalactites and stalagmites. These caverns were recently discovered. (Duration: 1 hour)
   • Ride to Lagkadia, an amphitheatrically built village. It has traditional Arcadian architecture. Take a walk through small alleys, enjoy beverages and take as many photos as you want. (Duration: 5 hours)

2. Day 2: Lagkadia round tour via Ancient Olympia

   • Enjoy a genuinely spectacular motorcycle ride from Lagkadia to the famous Ancient Olympia. Witness the stadium, the museum and discover what it meant to participate in the ancient Olympic games. The route is truly spectacular, mountainous yet tranquil, and the villages you will pass by are stunning (Andritsaina and Karitaina). (Duration: 3 hours)

   • Pass By: Limni Ladona, Mouria and come across a beautiful lake as you return to your hotel. Spectacular motorcycle routes, old bridges and provincial roads make this a wonderfully relaxing experience.

3. Day 3: Lagkadia to Athens via Dimitsana

   • Stop at Dimitsana, Arkadia Region, Peloponnese to soak in the beautiful vibe of this Arcadian jewel of a village. Enjoy a beverage and behold views overlooking the valleys and admire the unique architecture. (Duration: 1 hour)

   • Stop at Offshore Hydropower Museum, Kefalari Ai-Yianni, Dimitsana and see how people in the old days used to clean their rugs and heavy carpets by only the power of the water and create gun-powder. (Duration: 1 hour)

   • Stop at Moni Agiou Ioanni Prodromou, Stemnitsa, Greece, a monastery built inside the rocks. It is one of the few monasteries that aided the fight against the rule of the Ottomans in the early 1800s. (Duration: 1 hour)
