Dear Visitor,

My name is Ioannis, and I am a licensed tour guide from Kalamata, in the deep south of the Peloponnese peninsula of southern Greece.I have studied History and Archaeology at the University of Athens, where I graduated as valedictorian with first-class honors.During my studies, I received two awards from the Greek State Scholarships Foundation for being at the top of my class.I further pursued my passion for history and culture by obtaining a Master’s degree in Modern History from University College London (UCL) and an MA in Cultural Management from Panteio University.After a period of teaching, I retrained as a tour guide to share my love for Greek history and culture with visitors from around the world.

In 2025, I will primarily be based in Nafplion, a picturesque city in the Argolid region, where I will guide visitors through the wonders of Mycenae, Epidaurus, and Nafplion itself.Additionally, I will also be available for tours in Delphi, as I have a second home near this world-famous archaeological site.

I offer tours in English, French, and Greek, and specialize in a wide variety of experiences:
