Mountaineering education: Instructor of Mountaineering and Rock Climbing HMCA (Beginner Mountaineering Course of OALTH Alpine Club, Intermediate Mountaineering Course of HFMC, Mountaineering Instructor Course of HFMC).

Starting mountaineering activities from 1981, I finished in 1993, the mountaineering instructor course of HFMC and became a mountain guide and member of HMGA.He has climbed all over Greek mountains (Gamila, Astraka, Olympus, Athos, Gkiona, Vardusia, Meteora, Varasova).I have also climbed in Dolomites, Alpes, Caucasus, and Bulgaria.

I am the responsible instructor for the mountaineering and climbing courses of OALTH Alpine Club for beginners and medium level.I live in Thessaloniki, North Greece in the area of Mount Olympus.
