Athens Historical Highlights Tour
Visit the famous Acropolis hill to see the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the temple of the Athena Nike, the monumental gateway-Propylaea, the Erechtheum and the Parthenon, the main temple dedicated to the virgin goddess Athena.
Head towards the New Museum of Acropolis.
Stop at a traditional Greek tavern to taste authentic Greek dishes in the neighbourhood of Plaka.
Walk through the famous Andrianou Street ending at the flea market.
Continue to the Roman Agora, the Tower of Winds and the ancient Greek Agora, which is considered the birthplace of democracy, philosophy and free speech.
Proceed to the Temple of Hephaestus, the best-preserved temple in Greece standing largely as built and a small museum house under the Portico of Attalos.
