Itinerary

1. Day 1- Arrival in Dakar

   • Arrive at Dakar airport and transfer to your choice of hotel.

2. Day 2- Dakar Sightseeing

   • Get picked up from your hotel early morning at 7 am after breakfast.
   • Explore the museum of black civilisation, a newly created museum to see how the first human beings from East Africa conquered the world with an exhibition of diverse African arts and cultures related to their sublime rituals. This museum shelters wonders.
   • If open, make a stop at Dakar's biggest cathedral to take amazing photos.
   • Visit the Soumbedioune craft market and its workshops. Here you can observe artisans making their traditional handicrafts items.
   • Spend some time at the divinity mosque and end the tour at the monument of the African renaissance.
   • Return to your hotel.

3. Day 3- Goree Island

   • Get picked up from your hotel early morning at 7 am after breakfast.
   • Arrive at Goree Island by ferry or small boat.
   • Visit the doors of no return in the slave house.
   • Discover the Catholic Church and explore the historical museums  
   • Return to your hotel.

4. Day 4- Pink Lake & Lompoul Desert Tour

   • Get picked up from your hotel early morning at 7 am after breakfast.
   • Head to see the pink lake the former fishing point of dakar rally. There you will how the salt seekers harvest the mines of salt in the lake.
   • Go in a jeep through the sand dunes to the beach.
   • Have lunch at chez salim hotel then head for the desert lompoul is a desert with orange dunes.
   • Go for a camel ride safari and visit a local village to have an immersion in the local culture.
   • Afterwards, head to Dakar.
   • Return to your hotel.

5. Day 5- Departure

   • Relax at your hotel and transfer to Dakar Airport to board your return flight.
