Description
Sign up for this two-day overnight tour, which includes a visit to inland areas in lower river region along the river Gambia. Make a stop at Tendaba Camp, situated at the river bank known as the bird paradise, for a day boat trip to see birds and wildlife with a jeep safari in Kiang West National Park tour.
Itinerary

Day 1- Tendaba Camp
- Pick up from your hotel at 7 am and drive along the main Transgambia highway across the south bank.
- We will drive past numerous villages. Have a drink break to stop and catch the sights and sounds of the environment for 20 minutes.
- Then, continue the tour to kiangs. On our arrival at Tendaba Camp, check in to your hotel.
- You will have a chance to swim in the pool or relax. After lunch, we will set off for two hours for an evening boat cruise along the river Gambia to spot birds going to roost.
- We will spot rare bird species like the pink back pelican, Egyptian plover, giant kingfisher, white egret reef, hero hammerlock, pied kingfisher and snakebird.
- The return boat ride dinner will be served at the restaurant at 8 pm.

Day 2- Kiang West National Park
- After breakfast, we will then join in our open four-wheel drive to Kiang West National Park for one hour thirty minutes safari.
- Pass through the Baobolong wetland and see wildlife like the baboons, antelopes, manatees, waterbucks and bush pigs with birds.
- Enjoy the natural environment of bush trees during the safari and add more fun to your day.
- On our return journey, you will have lunch at a restaurant. Arrival at your hotel would be approximately at 4 pm.
