Accra City Highlights Tour
Meet your tour guide at a pre-decided location in Accra and make your way to Jamestown.
Explore the Jamestown locality and admire the Jamestown lighthouse.
Make your way to Makola Market, an eminent marketplace and shopping center in Accra, and see locals trading in wholesale and retail products.
Visit the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, the final resting place of Ghana’s first President. The museum displays artefacts relating to Ghana’s independence and gives you a comprehensive history of the country's independence struggle.
After lunch, visit the W. E. B Du Bois Centre, established in 1985 as a research institution for Pan-African history and culture and promoting the social, political, cultural, and scholarly legacy of Dr W. E. B. Du Bois.
Stroll through the Independence Square, commissioned in 1961 by Kwame Nkrumah.
Your final stop will be the Arts Center in Accra, where you can shop for souvenirs and return to your hotel.
