Itinerary

1. Day 1- Arrival in Tbilisi

   • Meet your tour guide at Tbilisi International Airport and will get to your hotel in Old Tbilisi.

   Overnight stay at the hotel in Tbilisi.

2. Day 2- Ride to the Vake Park in Tbilisi

   • Ride your bike to the village of Kojori- the highest village in Tbilisi- around 1,600 meters above the city.

   • Get ready for an action-packed descent to the main park in Tbilisi, Vake. The bike ride route is one of the best, with off-camber rock gardens, twisting single-track sections through pine forests, and eventually winding along rough dirt trails, descending for about 20 km.

   Overnight stay at a hotel in Tbilisi (breakfast and lunch included).

3. Day 3- Descent to Tusheti

   • Transfer to Tusheti.

   • Climb for 300 meters on At Abano Pass before we start a thrilling single-track descent on the old trails used by Tushetian shepherds. 

   • Start for a 30 km descent to Tusheti.

   Have dinner and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at a traditional guesthouse in Omalo (breakfast, Lunch and dinner included).

4. Day 4- Off to Darto

   • Have a breakfast full of carbs and get ready to take the vehicles up to the village of Shenako and from there to Diklo, which is only a couple of kilometres from the border of Dagestan.

   • Set out for a short but challenging hike-a-bike up to a vantage point located at 2,400 meters, overlooking The Republic of Dagestan.

   • Take a break to rest and have snacks before descending through dense pine forests on serpentine switchbacks down to the river (800 meters below).

   • Climb around 300 meters to Chigo, an ancient and remote village accessible only through these narrow trails.

   • End the day with a 25 km single-track descent to Dartlo.

   Overnight stay at a traditional guesthouse in Dartlo (breakfast, lunch and dinner included).

5. Day 5- Follow the trails of the

   • Start following the tire trails of the crew who filmed the “Trail to Kazbegi”. 

   • Reach the starting point of your ride (at 2,250 meters) before climbing up for 10 km along a ridge, reaching the Nari Khole Pass at 3,017 meters.

   • Enjoy one of the most incredible descents as you cycle down to the Alazani River (at 1,800 meters), followed by a steady ride back to the comfort of your guesthouse.

   Overnight stay at a guesthouse in Dartlo (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

6. Day 6- Explore the Valley above Dartlo

   • Ride to the villages high up in the valley above Dartlo. This short loop is less technical and rewarding as it offers superb views.

   • Start the descent back to the village of Dartlo on technical switch-backs. Those who wish to take things easy can relax, eat and drink, or explore this historical village.

   Overnight stay at a guesthouse in Dartlo (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

7. Day 7- Visit the Ancient Keselo Towers

   • Start the journey to Omalo, where you visit Keselo Towers, an ancient fortress in higher Omalo.

   • Take the vehicles up to the Abano Pass in the afternoon, and from there, start a descent (42 km long) down to Kakheti Plains.

   Transfer to your hotel in Tbilisi for an overnight stay (breakfast and lunch included).

8. Day 8- Departure

   • Have breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Tbilisi International Airport.
