Description
The tour will cover old and historic parts of Tbilisi. We will visit the 13th-century Metekhi church, which provides amazing views of the Narikala fortress. Crossing over Mtkvari river, we will discover ourselves in the oldest part of Tbilisi, where we will see old bathhouses, Legvtakhevi ravine and waterfall, the only mosque in Tbilisi, Meidan square, narrow streets of old times, cross over the Peace bridge to visit Narikala fortress and Mother of Kartli and look over all of Tbilisi.

Meet our representative
- 10:00 AM - Meet our tour representative at the Liberty (Freedom) Square in Tbilisi.
- We will meet in front of the Assembly building and continue towards Old Tbilisi, between the Gryphon Statues, and then continue the tour to the following places.

Baratashvili ST.
- Going from Freedom Square, we will enter the old Tbilisi.
- First, we will see Berikaoba and the "Meezove" Statue approaching the Gabriadze Theatre.

Gabriadze theatre and clock tower
- This is the first puppet theatre in Tbilisi, built in 1981 by Rezo Gabriadze. He created the tower in 2010, making it the face of old Tbilisi.

Anchiskhati Basilica
- The oldest church in Tbilisi. Dates back to the 6th century.

Peace bridge
- This is a 2010 glass bridge. It has become one of the symbols of Tbilisi and connects old and new Tbilisi. It is like going through a time when you cross from an old part to a new part.

Narikala fortress and Mother of Kartli
- By cable car, we will visit Narikala fortress, which overlooks Tbilisi. The first mention of this name is from the 4th century; some archaeologists and historians believe the fortress may have existed earlier. Current fortress walls are from different periods, starting from the 4th century. However, most parts are from the 16th-17th century.

Metekhi church
- Tihs is a 13th-century church, which offers beautiful views over old Tbilisi. (According to traditional accounts, the first church was built in the 5th century). Here is the statue of King Vakhtang Gorgasali, a 5th-century king who, according to legend, decided to change capital from Mtsketa to Tbilisi.

Abanotubani
- The oldest hot spring district is where natural hot sulfuric water emerges from the ground, and you can see numerous old bathhouses.

Legvtakhevi waterfall
Legvtakhevi means fig ravine, as many fig gardens were on top of the cliffs. Here, you will get to admire centuries-old wooden balcony houses, typical for old Tbilisi and representing its history.

Lunch break
- Have lunch at a local restaurant.

Meidan Bazaar
- This was the most vibrant and busy place during the Silk Road, as merchants would come here to sell or buy their merchandise, stay for a while, and continue towards the East.

Ending Point
- Around 4 PM, we will finish the tour at Meidan square.
