I have been a swimmer all of my life and a coach for the last 2 years. I have been Head Coach for Neptunes Swimming Academy in Abu Dhabi for the last year and a half and enjoyed working on technique and fitness with our top squads. Now I have moved to Scotland where I enjoy swimming in the lochs around Stirlingshire. I also work as a swimming guide for a company called SwimTrek and have led a number of swimming expeditions around the world for them. I am a qualified open water and pool coach and hold a lifeguarding qualification.
