My name is Sarah and I will be glad to welcome you soon for sharing all the aspects of my region (HSITORY, ARCHITECTURE, TRADITIONS, GASTRONOMY and FRENCH LIFESTYLE as well many other hidden gems and out off the beaten paths).

I was born and raised in Paris most of my life but I also have Norman and British roots which led me to Normandy 12 years ago.I can even trace my family tree back to the 10th century and I have records of my elders back to the 16th century!!! Regarding the Landing Beaches, my family was deeply involved in the FRENCH RESISTANCE and I have some ARCHIVES from different sources (American, German armies, the Red Cross Organization...) that led an author to write a book about one of my uncles, a political resistant who went through three concentration camps.

GRADUATE IN HISTORY and tourism, I have been working for 15 years as a destination manager in the travel industry and I became a full-time professional tour guide after studying in the best school training the lecturer-guides.I took my final exam at the Louvre museum with the presentation of 3 paintings from Jacques-Louis David, the official painter of Napoléon Bonaparte.

As a LICENSED-LECTURER-GUIDE, I'm allowed to guide you inside national museums and monuments in any districts in France (The Louvre, Orsay, Notre Dame, Versailles, the abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel).

As a DRIVER (with insurance and license issued by the French government required to transport my clients), I can provide HALF-DAY to one-week or more, TRANSPORTATION & GUIDING in a comfortable 8 seater van (MERCEDES CLASS V) or sedan (BMW) with full options (air conditioner) all over France.

Of course, I also cover the great dates that marked specially Normandy: Saint-Michel island, the Viking , William the Conqueror Duke of Normandy and King of England, the medieval period with famous characters like Joan of Arc...Variety keeps me on my toes!
