Description
Visit the American cemetery in Henri-Chapelle, where soldiers from the Allied push in Germany are laid to rest. Fraiture Barracks and Grandmenil to see remnants of the battle fought by American troops on this 2-day tour. Head to Bastogne the next day, and the place made popular by the Band of Brother series.
Itinerary

Day 1: Henri-Chapelle to Grandmenil
- Begin the tour by meeting your Bastogne tour guide and visiting the American cemetery of Henri-Chapelle, where nearly 8,000 soldiers are buried.
- Continue along the route taken by the Kampfgruppe Peiper, infamous for the abuses it committed on its way near Malmedy, to finish in La Gleize, where it had to abandon its tanks for lack of fuel and where one of them is still visible.
- Visit the Fraiture Barracks to discuss one of the many heroic acts carried out by American troops to slow down or halt the German advance at Parker's Crossroads.
- Finally, end the day with a stop in Grandmenil where you can discover another remnant of this battle.

Day 2: Explore Bastogne
- Visit Bastogne and its surroundings, on the fierce resistance of the 101st American Airborne Division and its Easy Company, made famous by the Band of Brothers series from Steven Spielberg.
- Return homewards once the trip is completed.
