Sign up for this tour and enjoy an incredible 2-night stays in a glass cabin in Ivalo to witness the stunning Aurora. Also, ride a 2-h snowmobile safari, feed a reindeer and relish a reindeer sleigh ride and one night of aurora hunting. In addition, you can opt for several activities such as cross-country skis, ice-skates, toboggans and snowshoe trekking for free.

Itinerary

Day 1 & 2: Glass Cabin Aurora Hunting in Ivalo
- Get picked up from the Ivalo Airport, depending on the time of arrival and the weather conditions, we will organise your winter activities accordingly.
- Enjoy a 2-hour snowmobile safari, reindeer feeding experience as well as reindeer sleigh ride, and one night of aurora hunting.
- In addition, you can use the facilities of cross-country skis, ice-skates, toboggans, snowshoes for free so that you can fully enjoy this Arctic winter!
- Stay in the Aurora glass cabin for 2 nights during the time in Ivalo.

Know Before You Go

The check-in time is 16.00. Early check-in is subject to availability.

The check-out time is 11.00 a.m., late check-out until 14.00, the fee is 50€. Late check-out until 20.00, fee 50% of the accommodation rate.

Minimum 2 paid adults required for a booking.

The capacity of each Aurora glass cabin is 2-4 persons.

Day-to-day scheduling will be done by the hotel according to availability and weather conditions

For bookings that cover the dates of 24th, 25th, and 31st December, an extra fee of 41 € per person is compulsory for the festive buffet.

All glass cabins and indoor spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

The driver of the snowmobile has to be at least 18 years of age with a driver’s license valid in Finland.

Driving a motorized vehicle under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating drugs is prohibited by the laws of Finland.

What To Bring

IMPORTANT! Remember to bring your valid driving license (or a photocopy) with you on the day of the trip.

Please make sure your phone is ON during the tour day.

Printed booking confirmation and e-tickets both are accepted.

We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

In wintertime, warm winter clothes with a scarf and hat is recommended as the temperature can be as low as -35 Celsius degrees.

It is recommended that you have travel insurance because in the very unlikely event of an accident the health care costs may be high.
