Traditional Sauna Experience in Finland
Start with a cup of local Chaga tea, the diamond of the health of the own Siberian forest.
Learn the deep-breathing techniques of Tummo in your own traditional yoga room. The 1st session will last 10 to 15 minutes. The whole experience will be equipped with newly learned techniques.
Witness the instructor then pour the water from Lake Kitka on the fire in order to create a deeper experience with the aufguss technique.
