Itinerary

1. Day 1 : Nairobi to Masai Mara

   • Depart from Nairobi in the morning, and drive to the floor of the Rift Valley to Masai Mara Game Reserve.

   • Arrive in Masai Mara tented camp for lunch.

   • Enjoy lunch at the camp, and thereafter head for an afternoon game drive till late.

   Dinner and overnight at the tented camp.

   Mara Sidai/Chui Camp/Enchoro Camp or similar.

   Approx Transit time: 5½ hrs

   Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner

2. Day 2 : Full-day at Masai Mara

   • Spend the day in Maasai Mara, Kenya's most popular game sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five - lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant.

   • Go out with picnic lunch boxes and spend the entire day in the park, or choose to have early morning and late afternoon game drives.

   • Take an optional visit to a local Masai village (US$20 per person).

   All meals and overnight at Masai Mara camp.

   Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

3. Day 3 : Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru

   • Depart from Masai Mara after breakfast for Lake Nakuru National Park, and arrive in time for lunch.

   • Go for an afternoon game drive. Besides the flamingos, there are approx 400 other species of birds visiting the lake.

   • Also, many species of game can be found in the park including the introduced Rothschild's giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon, and many species of plains game.

   Dinner and overnight at hotel/camp

   Approx transit time: 6 hrs.

   Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

4. Day 4 : Lake Nakuru to Nairobi

   • In the early morning, have a Kenyan coffee, and then leave for a morning game drive in Nakuru.

   • Later come back to the camp for breakfast, and prepare to depart for Nairobi arriving approx. 1300 hrs.

   • Drop off at the hotel or transfer to the airport for the flight back home.

   End of services.
