Itinerary

1. Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

   • Receive a pick-up from the hotel and depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve via the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley and Narok town for refuelling and lunch.

   • Drive to the camp to proceed on the first introduction game viewing in Masai Mara National Reserve.

   Return to the Miti Mingi Eco Camp for dinner and overnight.

2. Masai Mara National Reserve

   • Proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve after breakfast. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network, which allows for close-range viewing and photography.

   • Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. 

   Dinner and overnight at the Miti Mingi Echo Camp.

3. Masai Mara National Reserve

   • Proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve after breakfast. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network, which allows for close-range viewing and photography.

   • Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. 

   Dinner and overnight at the Miti Mingi Eco Camp.

4. Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National Park

   • Wake up for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive.

   • Depart after breakfast the Mara region for Nakuru, lunch en-route, with scenic views of Mt. Longmont and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway.

   Dinner and overnight at the Chester Hotel

5. Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park

   • Proceeds after breakfast on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific birdlife, including flamingoes. The park contains a sanctuary for conserving the white rhino, while species like Cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline.

   • Drive to Amboseli National Park, arriving late evening with game viewing en route to camp.

   Dinner and overnight at AA Lodge.

6. Amboseli National Park

   • Appreciate a day of game drives in this park with swamp grounds in which elephants and hippos bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes and birds can also be seen and Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak, too, if weather conditions permit. We will cater picnic lunches.

   • Return for an overnight stay at the AA lodge. 

7. Amboseli – Nairobi or connect SGR Train/bus to Mombasa

   • Wake up for an early morning game viewing.

   • Return to the lodge for a full breakfast.

   • Drive back to board the scheduled public coach to Mombasa or Sgr Train from Emali town.

   • Arrive late evening or drive back to Nairobi to be dropped off at your residence.
