Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara
Get picked up from the hotel by your safari guide, followed by a safari brief and introduction to other participants.
Depart by road, driving through the rich Kikuyu farmlands to the edge of the Rift Valley.
Descend the escarpment and drive via Narok to Masai Mara Game Reserve, with picnic lunch served en-route. The Masai Mara is classic African savannah, and the sheer density of wildlife is amazing.
It is famous for its black-maned lion and the yearly migrations of wildebeest. Other animals like zebras, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, gazelles, leopards, and giraffe.
Upon arrival, go for an afternoon game drive.
Dinner and overnight at a safari camp in Masai Mara.

Day 2: Masai Mara
After breakfast, go for a full day game drive, viewing and exploring this spectacular National Park.
One can see an astonishing amount of wildlife at Masai Mara. Of the big cats, lions are found in large pride everywhere, while cheetahs and leopards, although fairly common, are harder to spot.
Return to the safari camp in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Masai Mara to Nakuru
After breakfast, depart Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru with lunch en-route.
On arrival at Lake Nakuru Park, go for an extensive game drive.
Lake Nakuru is famous for its pink flamingos and various other species of birds. The park is also home to rare species of animals like the white rhino and Rothschild giraffe, among a wide variety of game.
Dinner and overnight at a budget hotel in Nakuru.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Samburu
Depart from Nakuru after breakfast, proceeding to Samburu game reserve on the fringes of the semi-arid northern frontier district of Kenya. Picnic lunch will be hosted at Thomson falls.
Arrive at Samburu in the late afternoon.
Go for game viewing en-route to lodge for check-in, dinner, and overnight stay in camp.

Day 5: Samburu Game Reserve
Spend the whole day viewing game in Samburu game reserve. The arid conditions have provided a habitat for the survival of distinct animals.
Find animals resident to this park only, such as the reticulated giraffe, the Grevy's zebra, the gerenuk, Somali ostrich, lion, elephants, cheetah, buffalo, and crocodiles at the Ewaso Nyiro River, which is the lifeline of the Samburu game reserve.
All meals and overnight stay in the same camp.

Day 6: Samburu to Nairobi
Go on an early morning game drive.
Return to camp for breakfast.
Optional game drive can be done before the return journey to Nairobi with lunch en-route in Mount Kenya, at Nanyuki town, the base of Mount Kenya. The game drive also offers a spectacular view of the snow-capped mountain, the second-highest point in Africa after Mount Kilimanjaro.
After lunch, take a leisurely drive admiring tea, coffee, sisal, and pineapple plantations before arriving at Nairobi in the early evening.
Drop-off at residence, hotel, or airport.
End of tour.
