Itinerary

1. Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara Game Reserve

   • Have breakfast at your hotel and drive overland to the bottom of the Great Rift Valley and the iconic savannah wilderness.

   • Reach Masai Mara Game Reserve and have lunch at our lodge/ camp.

   • Go for an afternoon game drive. Masai Mara Game Reserve is characterized by vast acacia-dotted plains cut by ox-bow lakes. The park is famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration and is home to the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino.

   Have dinner and stay overnight at Sopa Lodge.

2. Day 2: Masai Mara

   • Have breakfast and go on an early morning game drive.

   • Enjoy your lunch after returning to the lodge.

   • Go on an afternoon game drive. Keep a sharp lookout, and you may witness a dramatic hunt; a solitary leopard retrieving its kill from the high branches of an acacia tree or a herd of elephants protecting their young from predators. 

   Have dinner and stay overnight at Sopa lodge.

3. Day 3: Masai Mara

   • Go on an early morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast.

   • Leave Mara Serena for Mara Sopa lodge.

   • Enjoy a game drive on the way.

   • See the Mara River.

   Have dinner and stay overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge

4. Day 4: Masai Mara to Nairobi

   • Depart by road to Nairobi with game viewing en-route.

   • Have lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant in Nairobi (at an extra cost).

   • Transfer to your hotel in Nairobi.
