Itinerary

1. Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

   • Meet your local tour guide at the hotel for pick-up and transfer.

   • Drive to Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley viewpoint where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the floor of the rift valley. Masai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourist destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grasslands, you can see plenty of African wildlife concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. It is also regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November.

   • Reach, check-in and have lunch.

   • Return to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with a good time for resting at your preferred lodge. 

   Dinner and overnight stay at Keekorok Lodge.

2. Day 2: Full Day at Maasai Mara Reserve

   • Spend a full day touring Maasai Mara in search of the Big Five. 

   • Have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the banks of the Mara River.

   • Optional: In the evening, you can visit a local Maasai village for a Maasai cultural tour at USD 20. Learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local people. A balloon safari at a discounted rate of USD 380 per person can also be organized in the morning. 

   Dinner and overnight stay at Keekorok Lodge. 

3. Day 3: Return to Nairobi

   • Enjoy your early morning game drive at the Mara Reserve followed by breakfast at the lodge.  

   • Drive back to Nairobi.
