Itinerary

1. Day 1: Nairobi - Samburu National Park

   • Your day begins with an early pick-up in Nairobi.
   • Arriving at Samburu National Park by midday, you will be greeted by its rugged beauty and diverse wildlife.
   • After settling into your accommodation, have lunch to relax and refuel.
   • The afternoon features an exhilarating game drive. It provides a stunning backdrop for wildlife observation, from savannahs to riverine forests.
   • Return to your hotel.

2. Day 2: Reteti Elephant Sanctuary

   • Rise early for a game drive.
   • Spot active wildlife guided by an expert sharing insights into their behaviours and habitats. Capture vibrant Samburu wildlife scenes.
   • Return for breakfast, then visit the Reteti Elephant Sanctuary in the Namunyak Wildlife Conservancy.
   • At Reteti, learn about the community-run efforts to rescue and rehabilitate orphaned elephants. The tour includes observing the dedicated care for the elephants, witnessing feedings, and possibly seeing the playful calves.
   • Conclude the day with a return to the lodge.

3. Day 3: Ol Pejeta Conservancy

   • After breakfast, set off for Nanyuki, the gateway to Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
   • Enjoy a scenic drive through Kenya's landscapes, with views of rolling hills, farmlands, and possibly Mount Kenya.
   • Arrive in Nanyuki for lunch at your hotel.
   • In the afternoon, visit Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to the Big Five and known for its rhino population and conservation programs.
   • After the game drive, return to your hotel for dinner.

4. Day 4: Departure to Nairobi

   • After breakfast at your hotel in Nanyuki, you check out and begin the journey back to Nairobi city.
   • Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be transferred to your hotel or the airport, depending on your onward travel plans.
