Itinerary

1. Day 1- Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

   • Transfer to Amboseli National Park, which is famous for its big game - Elephants, Lions and Cheetahs are the main attractions - and for its great scenic beauty.

   • Enjoy your afternoon game drive at Amboseli National Park.

   Accommodation: Full board at Sentrim Amboseli

   Meal Plan: Lunch and dinner

2. Day 2- Amboseli National Park to Aberdare Ranges

   • Depart to the Aberdare Range. The Aberdare National Park covers most of the highlands of Kenya. This beautifully scenic region is much cooler than the savannahs and offers a completely different perspective on the country. Game viewing is more challenging making sightings unexpected surprises. The scenery is spectacular with its mountainous terrain covered in thick tropical forests swathed in mist.

3. Day 3- Full-day Aberdare Ranges

   • Go on a full day game drive. The Aberdare National Park in the central highlands of Kenya retains an air of mystery - you can only imagine what undiscovered creatures still lurk here, such as rare black leopards.

4. Day 4- Aberdare National Park to Samburu National Reserve

   • Transfer after breakfast for Samburu National Reserve. It offers unique panoramas of rounded, rugged hills and undulating plains. The mix of wood and grassland with riverine forest and swamp home to a wide variety of animal and birdlife.

   • Arrive in time for your hot lunch and later go on an evening game drive.

5. Day 5- Samburu National Reserve to Lake Naivasha

   • Depart after breakfast for Lake Naivasha. The park is home to Warthogs, Waterbuck, Buffaloes, Reedbucks, And the Occasional Leopard. White and Black Rhinos were introduced to the park some years ago and you may find white rhino at the southern end. 

   • Arrive in time for your hot lunch. 

   • Transfer in the evening to Sawela Lodge for an overnight stay.

6. Day 6- Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara National Reserve

   • Proceed for the famous Masai Mara Game Reserve to arrive for lunch at Mara Sopa.

7. Day 7- Full-day Masai Mara National Reserve

   • Proceed for a full day game drive. 

   • The Mara reserve is 1510 sq. km of incredible wide-open landscapes and fertile river woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek Rivers. Wherever you go in the Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai Giraffe, Baboons, Warthogs, Bat Eared Foxes, Grey Jackals, Spotted Hyena, Topi, Impala, Wildebeest, Elephants, Buffaloes, Zebras and Hippos also exist in great numbers. 

   • Accommodation: Full Board at Mara Sopa

   • Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

8. Day 8- Masai Mara National Reserve to Nairobi

   • Go for an early morning balloon trip, which is usually an outstanding way of seeing the savannah plains and the wildlife below. (optional)

   • Come back down for a beautiful champagne breakfast.

   • Go on an early morning game drive before being transferred to the Nairobi Hotel or Airport.
