Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli
- Meet your tour guide at Nairobi at a pre-decided location and depart for Amboseli National Park.
Arrive at the park in the afternoon and embark on your first game drive. If you are lucky, the sunset will allow you to see the snow-capped top of Kilimanjaro as well as a pretty ribbon of clouds surrounding the mountain. Spot free-ranging herds of elephants, cape buffaloes, impalas, lions, cheetahs, giraffes and wildebeests. Also, keep an eye out for rare bird species.
Rest overnight at your lodge.

Day 2: Amboseli Safari & Departure
- Begin your day with an early morning game drive before dawn to spot nocturnal animals before they hide. Spot large swathes of elephants who come to drink and graze in the marshes.
Drive through the Amboseli swamps and go on a bird-watching tour. Amboseli National Park is a haven for ornithology lovers as it hosts nearly 400 bird species.
Check out of your hotel and return to either your hotel in Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
