Description
Depart for Malindi on a full day tour from your destination and visit the city's historical and traditional sites. Visit the famous 13th century Arab built Gede ruins and proceed to visit the butterfly farm. See the local cultural Giriama dance and go to the Malindi Marine Park. See the Vasco da Gama pillar, followed by lunch. Visit Sabaki river, Baobab hideout of a local freedom fighter - Meekatilili, the Birdland, and back to your residence!

Malindi tour
- Depart from a residence in the morning towards Malindi.
- Visit the Gede 13 century Arab Palace, see the cultural Giriama dance, make a butterfly farm visit; the snake park (optional).
- 11.00 am: Proceed thence to Malindi marine park; snorkelling allowed here.
- 12.30: Proceed to Vasco da Gama Pillar; a town symbol.
- 13.00: Have lunch.
- 14.00: Proceed to the Baobab tree hideout; visit the Birdland.
- Return back to your place of residence.
