- Have breakfast, and then get picked up from your hotel. Move to Atikilt Tera – the biggest vegetable and fruit market in Addis Ababa located between the two largest market areas.
- Stroll through Merkato – the largest open-air market in Africa.
- Take the Injera baking challenge, a sour fermented flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made of teff flour.
