My name is Abel.I was born in Arbaminch which is one of the beautiful touristic destinations in the southern part of Ethiopia.I grew up seeing tourists and dreamed of being a tour guide. So, I started working as a local guide in my home town and Omo valley which is the cultural museum and later moved to the capital city Addis Ababa to join the renowned Tourism Institute of the country to be a professional tour guide.I graduated in Tour Guide on 25 July 2008, Tour Operation Supervision on 6 August, 2017 and Tourism Management on 9 November 2017.I have been working as a professional freelance tour guide since 2008.Being a tour guide means a cultural ambassador of a country. So, I proudly feel as a cultural ambassador of my beloved country Ethiopia.Guiding and organizing tours are my life style.Luckily my hobby has become my job.I have diploma in theology and BA degree in International Trade and Investment Management with great distinctions. I also studied the classical and liturgical language Geez.Studying theology, the liturgical language Geez and on top of that being a deacon of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahido Church(EOTC) have made me chosen as the right guide for especially the historic route including Addis Ababa is mainly dominated by the church's heritages. The other competitive advantages that I have to be chosen are I do the business with passion for it's my hobby, about 10 years of experience as excellence comes through experience & knowledge...The other related field of study International trade and Investment management has also helped me easily understand & organize the business well enough since tourism is an international trade & investment with its own unique features. I have traveled to four corners of my beloved country Ethiopia. So, I know my country from inside out. Finally, my personality is more seen than explained but one of my most competitive advantages is reliability. This is me in a nutshell!
