1. Explore historic Sevilla on this tailor-made tour

   • The Cathedral Santa María de la Sede, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world. It was built on the site of the former aljama mosque of the city, whose minaret is still preserved.
   • Archivo de Indias, created as the old Casa Lonja de Mercaderes, today houses a large part of the documentation on trade with the Indies.
   • The Real Alcazar is the oldest royal palace in use in Europe. Already since the 10th century, during the Andalusian period, the court was established here and since then, the different kings have had the place as their residence in Seville.
   • The Santa Cruz neighborhood is one of the most charming areas of the city full of narrow streets, small squares and orange blossoms in spring. We will discover the past of this ancient Jewish quarter, not always as splendid and radiant as it is today.
   • The Plaza de España is one of the best examples of regionalist architecture, as well as one of the most visited and loved monuments by visitors and locals. Filled with an extensive sample of different techniques of Triana ceramics, a real treat for the senses.
   • The Royal Tobacco Factory was one of the most prolific and profitable in the continent and its cigars were sold beyond our borders. Its cigar makers, brave and independent women, inspired one of the most famous operas, Carmen, and were the creators of the first women's union in Europe.
   • The Torre del Oro is one of the symbols of the city. Built in the 12th century as a defense tower, it was part of the wall of Seville. During all these years it has been used for different purposes such as prison for nobles or warehouse.
   • The Guadalquivir River, still with the name given to it by the Arabs, “wadi al-kabir”, translated as “big river”. Witness to numerous events as it was navigable, it became a port of the Indies and witnessed the arrival of Elcano after more than two years at sea.
